We're a Happy Family We're a Happy Family....

Here's a new poster commissioned by Dana from Sonar/Unregistered Nurse. I included some details because I drew this pretty big. This will be a show not to miss. Also I'll be selling these at the show for 5 bucks each if anyone's interested.

Hey, you've got a lot of nice work here- Your lines are solid, and your color choices complement them pretty well. I recognized your "Name that Republican" design from somewhere, but I can't remember where. Was it published in an annual?

Thanks Derrick, I think the cards were in an AIGA annual and they were featured in Step Inside Design magazine a couple years ago.

Thanks, this was probably the most fun poster I've drawn up in a while.

Thanks Dominic, this took the better part of 2 days but I feel like it was a good break from the usual assignments.

love it dude - great job! the Spits are such a killer band - gonna be a great show. if you have any left over after the show, i'll totally buy one.

Thanks James, I'll definitely send you one before the show. I might actually try screen printing these too. I tried keeping the palette simple on these but it might still be beyond my printing skills haha.

To be a adroit lenient being is to procure a kind of openness to the mankind, an gift to trusteeship uncertain things beyond your own manage, that can govern you to be shattered in hugely extreme circumstances for which you were not to blame. That says something exceedingly impressive relating to the condition of the righteous passion: that it is based on a conviction in the fitful and on a willingness to be exposed; it's based on being more like a plant than like a sparkler, something rather tenuous, but whose acutely special handsomeness is inseparable from that fragility.
